Refund policy

 

For patches - We apologize if you received a defective patch and if that was the case we obviously want to make it right. Patches found defective can be returned for a full replacement of the same or similar design, no questions asked. Simply email us (howdy@outpatch.org) and return your defective patch to the address below. Once received we’ll send you your new patch! Please also specify the defect in your patch in the email.

For donations - Direct donations made to a change-maker / nonprofit through our platform are not controlled by Outpatch and you will need to request them from that respective entity. Contact information should be listed on their respective websites but if you have trouble getting a hold of them we are happy to assist. If you are requesting a refund because you suspect any impropriety please let us know so that we can conduct an investigation. We take the stewardship of your funds extremely seriously.
