Custom Sticker Patches
Turn your design into a custom sticker patch, made with recycled thread and our peel-and-stick adhesive. Stick it on hats, laptops, water bottles, jackets, bags… you get the idea.
Timeline: Plan on about 3-4 weeks. We’ll make a pre-production sample for your approval within 3-5 business days, followed by 10-15 business days for production.

How it Works
Choose your size, patch style, border, and other options above. Check out the product photos for a visual guide, or leave anything you’re unsure about blank and we’ll help you dial it in before production.
Artwork: Vector files (.AI, .SVG, or .PDF) are preferred, but we can also work with high-resolution .PNG or .JPEG files. Low-resolution artwork may require vectorization for an additional fee.
Colors: Up to 8 thread colors are included. Need more? We can accommodate up to 12.
Size: Patches are available from 2”–5”, measured at the longest point. Our standard size is 3"
Application: Our standard patch comes with our peel-and-stick adhesive. Heat-seal, Velcro, and sew-on backings are also available.
Timeline
- Pre-production sample: Once you order, we’ll physically make one patch and send you a photo to review (3–5 business days).
- Want to see what it will look like first? If you’d like a virtual mockup before we make your sample, just let us know in the notes section.
- Production: Once you approve your sample photo, we’ll produce the rest of your patches. Production takes 10–15 business days.
Reminder: We're not Amazon - creating something custom from scratch takes some time.

Easy 3-Step Application
- PEEL - Remove paper backing
- STICK - Position and apply firm pressure with spoon
- SEAL - Heat set with hair dryer or dryer cycle (10-15 mins)
Pro Tips:
- Pre-wash new items (skip fabric softener)
- Apply extra pressure on edges
- Wait 48 hours before first wash
- Wash inside-out on first cycle
- Use low heat setting for drying

Need Design Help?
We charge a $45/hr for design work. If you submit a design that’s good to go, then we won’t charge you a cent. If you send us a blurry picture or a drawing in crayon (no judgement) then we’ll need to charge you at this hourly rate in order to get your design patch ready. We can also create a fully custom design based on your desired concept!
